Pros: Easy to set up - even the Enterprise Edition. Everything is intuitive.
It's REALLY fast, compared to just about every other product. Likewise, its use of CPU and RAM are unbelievably low.Cons: No active scanning of Exchange Store in the Enterprise Edition. Otherwise, none.
