"Poorly written-Support is beyond help!"
Pros: Nothing - work's poorly - causes problems with installed apps - no usable support.
Cons: Interferes with many other applications. Causes freezes on starrtup and shutdown, sometimes have to resort to "safe" mode to get going. Several attempts to get help from support area failed, being passed off to others and finally ignored.

"No Install problems, just nice and fast"
Pros: Easy install on windows xp. Scans are fast and faster! Does not slow down the computer as much as other antivirus software.
Cons: Didn't care for the price, however I think it's worth the investment.

"2009 Marked Tech reply from Kaspersky as SPAM!"
Pros: Great protection options and updates
Cons: Email filters marking all new messages as SPAM We emailed tech support on the issue, it tagged Kaspersky email reply as SPAM The reply stated problem was old anitvirus software Nortons, MacAffee etc. We have Used Only Kaspersky since 2005
