Publisher's description of Activity Monitor
This program is for real time monitoring of users activities on network computers and for employees' work time tracking. It monitors usage of all office computers connected to a network. Managers see typed keystrokes in real time, take snapshots of the remote screen, view what programs are, stop inappropriate programs, view visited web sites, send instant messages, copy files from a remote PC and control computers remotely. This program will also record every e-mail and instant message sent and received by users on all computers. User activities on all computers can be kept in the Central Log Database located on the main computer. Reports show what programs users started, how long they worked with each one; top programs by time spent in them; keystrokes typed in every program; e-mails, IM chats; visited websites. Only authorized users can monitor computes as access is password protected.
Version 4.4 adds new features: log encryption; search and filter in reports; Top Websites report.

Version: Activity Monitor 4.4
Pros: The program ran fairly well, had multiple issues with Antivirus.
Cons: NO SUPPORT!!!!!! I had an issue with one of my users that was able to keep turning off the program. They don't offer phone support at all. I've sent about a dozen emails requesting support, but I haven't gotten a single response.
Summary: NO SUPPORT AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They take the money and run. They don't offer phone support EVER! They have failed to responed to even one of the dozen emails I've sent over the last couple of weeks.
