>> Hi. I'm Jasmine France, Senior Associate Editor for cnet.com and I'm here today with the Altec Lansing Orbit-MP3 and this is just a cute and small compact player obviously for any audio device. It has a standard 3.5 millimeter jack that you can plug in to pretty much anything. It even comes with an adapter for connecting that to a 2.5 millimeter jack like on a cellphone or something like that. It's very, very simple. It's pretty much what you see here that you actually turn the top of the speaker to turn it on and then you can plug it in to your player and you control the volume entirely by the player itself. Now, couple more things to point out of this player. The batteries go in the bottom here. It's pretty easy to remove the case and it has pretty standard solid sound quality for something this size. I mean it's really small so don't expect anything booming. Great news about this is it's really, really cheap. It retails are for about 40 dollars but you can find it for less than 30 online and that is an excellent value considering the versatility of this speaker.
