Welcome to CNET Top 5, where each time we meet, we count down another hot CNET list. I'm Tom Merritt. Time again to check on the hot products you are loving. These are the gadgets you mark "want it" at CNET.com. Let's count down the Top 5 most wanted gadgets. At No. 5, The BlackBerry Curve 8330. Specifically the one for Verizon. Smartphones are not strangers to the Top 5. I have a feeling this one might not last past June though. Coming in at No. 4, the EchoStar TR40. This one isn't available until June. It's a digital TV converter box for making your old analog TV able to get over-the-air digital broadcasts. But it's awesome! It includes an EPG, VCR tune in controls and it costs $40. Exactly the amount the government gives you in their DTV coupon program. Up to No. 3. The Sony PS3. Aw man, it started so interesting. A cool BlackBerry, a DTV box, and then bam, back to a product that as been on the list for years. Stop wanting it? Just buy it maybe? Sliding in at No 2. Now this is weird. Another DTV box. The RCA DTA800. You're serious about keeping your old TV aren't you. This box is available now, which maybe why it's higher than the yet-to-be seen EchoStar. Before we get to No. 1, let's check in on the rest of the Top 10 most wanted. Classmate PC? You kids and your learning. All right. Let's get to our No 1. The most wanted gadget among all the CNET users. At No. 1, It's... The Nintendo Wii. Looks like Super Mario Kart for the Wii has caused a little more demand. No Nintendo says they're going to increase production, so the Wii will be easier to get. We'll see if wider availability knocks it off the chart finally. It's getting as old as the PS3!
