>> Hey what's up, Brian Tong here at South by Southwest Interactive and we're gonna check out a panel called Breakup 2.0. Now with explosion of social networking, it's really changed how we deal with our relationships.
>> We both kind of had recent experiences related to the difficulties of a breakup and it was the things like sharing domain names or people watching your photos on flickr and of course, Facebook relationship status caused a lot of discussion.
>> A lot of us are so connected online with one another that we wanted to get you some tips to help you out.
>> Always keep separate accounts. Don't combine your flickr photos. Even though you'd really love to, you just don't want to. You wanna make sure you got your own identity in case anything goes out.
>> I shared a domain name and that was -- that was a bad idea, sharing a blog. You really want to create your own identity and keep that identity. And it's still important to have those as a couple. And in terms of relationship status and history, I say, like, if you're not afraid to share now then keep in mind if -- think about whether you're afraid to share if this is over for the next person.
>> So I think, I'm gonna do a little profile editing now. For CNET.com, I'm Brian Tong.
