>> What's up guys? I'm Brian Tong with CNET, here at CES 2008. We know everything is bigger and brighter in Vegas, and here it's no different. Now look behind me. We've got the world's largest plasma TV, one hundred and fifty inches. One fifty, people. Now this thing measures eight feet by approximately eleven. And if you stacked two of me together, I wouldn't even measure up to that. Now the pixel resolution, check this out. Four thousand by two thousand pixels. This is bonkers. Now while this is a huge screen, three's some interesting technology behind all that. So what Panasonic has is the Viera [assumed spelling] high brightness technology. Now what it does is it allows the screen to double the brightness while at the same time reducing the power consumption by 50%. Now where might we see these things? Maybe Vegas casinos, or big sports coliseums. But if you want one at home, you're gonna have to try and fit it through your door first. I'm Brian Tong with CNET, check it out.
